Amy + Kennedy | AC Hotel Madison Wedding

Amy and Kennedy had a short and sweet, super intimate AC Hotel Madison wedding. You know me and those intimate weddings – we go together like rice and beans. Peanut butter and jelly. Mac and cheese. The good stuff.

Amy and Kennedy are the epitome of a chill couple. They got ready together in their room, helping each other get their gear on and giving each other sweet little gifts before they started their events. I love when couples do this. It feels so intimate and special. It’s always an honor to witness.

We took posed formals in the hotel and made our way over to the Capital for a few more photos. The Capital had their holiday decorations up and they perfectly matched Amy’s bouquet. *chefs kiss* Amy and Kennedy were troopers, especially Amy because it was cold out and she was wearing a pretty light dress. Again, the epitome of a chill couple. We got a bunch of gorgeous photos of the two of them and captured their personalities and emotions perfectly: lots of laughs and ear to ear smiles even though it was quite cold.

Their ceremony was short and sweet and overlooked the Capital. It was the perfect backdrop for the classic AC Hotel Madison wedding vibes. After the ceremony, they had drinks and appetizers with their guests while chatting and relaxing. Amy’s father gave a great speech and toast to the newlyweds as they enjoyed dinner together. Oh, and the icing on a pretty perfect cake…as the sun set over the Capital, the sky exploded in colors and was absolutely beautiful, just like Amy and Kennedy.
