Alexa + Brett | Westmoor Country Club Wedding

It was a brisk November day. A traditional Greek Orthodox ceremony. A beautiful reception. And all of it included unique touches that made the wedding authentic to them. Alexa and Brett’s Westmoor Country Club wedding was classic, beautiful, unique, and absolutely *them.*

Their ceremony was held in a gorgeous Greek Orthodox church with a circular seating arrangement, allowing Alexa and Brett to be completely surrounded by their closest friends and family. It was a traditional ceremony, which included a crowning ceremony that was so unique. They included some traditional Greek events at the reception, too. After dinner they did their traditional dances, plus a couple traditional Greek dances. Everyone in attendance had a ton of fun with the couple, myself included.

Both Alexa and Brett have careers that are super important to them. Alexa is a nurse and Brett is a firefighter. It was their desire to help others that brought them together, so they included touches of their jobs throughout their wedding day. We stopped by Brett’s fire station to take photos with his truck. They used a fire axe to cut the cake, which had a really cute custom cake topper of both of them in their work gear. I love when couples incorporate unique locations and details as a nod to who they truly are, both separately and together. Their Westmoor Country Club wedding was so special and I’m so happy to have been a part of it.
