Caitlin + Ellie | Third Ward Engagement Session

Caitlin + Ellie’s third ward engagement was *chef’s kiss* absolutely wonderful.
One thing was clear from the start – Caitlin and Ellie shared a love for laughter and an inclination for silliness. Throughout the session, my focus was on keeping the atmosphere light and fun, allowing their personalities to shine. The inclusion of tiny hands as props added a hilarious touch to some of their photos, bringing an element of whimsy and fun to their engagement session. Speaking of the tiny hands, check out the engagement rings which were added by the couple! It is silly, sentimental touches like this which make an engagement session something truly special.

The magic of golden hour added an enchanting quality to the images as we embraced the changing hues of the sky. Climbing to the top of parking garages and strolling along the river walk, we played with shadows and light, creating captivating visuals that gave the evening a little romance. There are so many hidden areas in the third ward to create really amazing images. It was so much fun to wander through the area with them.

While their style remained casual, Caitlin and Ellie’s genuine affection for each other was unmistakable. Every frame captured their love and joy, painting a picture of a couple thoroughly enjoying their time together. From the bustling streets to the serene river walk, dancing in alley ways or the warehouses of the fifth ward, their connection was evident in every setting.
