Ali + Saul | Lake Park Engagement Session

Ali & Saul’s engagement session at Lake Park was a whole vibe. I absolutely love the tones that appeared on this grey day in September. They are a little less than a month before they tie the knot and I could not be more excited to party with them in October.

These two could switch between that little bit of blue steel & adorable interaction which was so fun to capture. I spent a lot of time giggling behind my camera and they both have such infectious smiles! Once we made it down to the beach every photo I took was making me do little happy dances as I was previewing them on the back of the camera – they were amazing – AMAZING.

Over the last year you’ve seen Lake park appear in a few different sessions on the blog here. There are some poses / prompts that I go to every time I’m in the park but I usually try to keep it fresh with each couple. For Ali & Saul we hung out primarily around the bistro before heading down to the beach to finish our session. The beach was the perfect choice both for the time of year & the colors of the day. Look at those creamy colors & gorgeous blues you see down at the lake front.
