It’s that time of year again. It’s finally warm enough for us to go to the zoo! Leah’s just gotten to the age where she really enjoys animals and learning different things so she was a HUGE fan of the zoo this trip. When we went last year she liked it – but this year was a lot of fun. I can’t wait until I can get her a zoo pass so we can go whenever we want. When I was in college one of my favorite things was walking to the Lincoln Park Zoo in the dead of winter when no one was around. You could just sit and hang out with the animals.
This week there weren’t too many people walking around so Leah was able to get up close and personal with a lot of the animals. Her favorites were in the Ape house.

Since I live in Milwaukee I don’t have a lot of opportunities to take headshots for people. But, I really enjoy doing so! I had a lot of fun working with Silvia last weekend shooting with her down in the third ward. I had a really hard time picking out the photos I liked the best from this shoot, but, here are some of my favorites.
Finally! Getting around to writing about my last wedding of last season! I absolutely loved working with Sharon & Aaron. After taking their engagement photos I knew they would be a ton of fun to work with on their wedding day. AND they were! Not only were they just as awesome as I remembered them but their wedding party was also a ton of fun.
I had a cold but fun session with Kelsey last week. She is my last senior from the class of 2013! It was quite slippery out but I think we were able to take some great shots.
